Large, beautiful, comfortable room with nice river view. Choice of pillows. Attentive staff. Great buffet breakfast with variety of food. Nearby shopping center and buses.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city and close to the night market. the rooms are equipped with everything you need, including a spacious bathroom and a stunning river view. the breakfast offers a variety of dishes to choose from.

Some staff struggle with English and it can be difficult to communicate your needs.

The room was great and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. the pool was also a nice touch and the staff were always helpful and friendly. the location was really ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions.

The breakfast could have been better. It wasn't of the best quality and could have had more options.

Comfortable Rooms and Great Location

The rooms were comfortable and modern, making our stay a pleasant one. The location was also great, with key attractions in close proximity. We enjoyed the ease of access to nearby seafood and night markets. the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel welcome.

The hotel was let down by inefficient staff who lacked knowledge of the hotel's amenities and were not attentive to guests' needs. The cleaning was also poor, with dust and dirt present in our room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza in Sanya. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the river. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with downtown and the beach within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. the luxurious amenities provided were exceptional and truly added to the overall experience. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were particularly enjoyable, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided for our comfort. the live entertainment at the bar/lounge area was an added bonus. The location advantages were also amazing, with the hotel being near the beach and leisure/TV room. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the slow cleaning of tables in the restaurant. this did not detract from our overall experience.
